Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [Your full legal name], who operates Thinflow. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you use Thinflow for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
2. Who can use Thinflow
You must be at least 18 years old and use Thinflow for a genuine business. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account.
3. The service
Thinflow connects to your Facebook page, Instagram account and WhatsApp number and runs an AI agent that answers your buyers, records leads and takes orders, plus a dashboard to manage your catalogue, conversations, leads and orders. Features may change as we improve the service; we will tell you in advance about changes that remove something you pay for.
4. AI replies
The agent's replies are generated by AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for the products, prices and information in your catalogue and store profile, and for the replies sent in your name. Check your agent's behaviour before relying on it, and review orders before you ship them.
5. Your obligations to your buyers
You are the seller to your buyers. You must have a lawful basis to process their data, give them the information the law requires (including about the use of an automated assistant where applicable), and follow consumer-protection rules. You must also follow Meta's terms and policies for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
6. Acceptable use
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or messages to people who have not contacted you.
- No illegal, counterfeit, dangerous or prohibited products, and no fraud or misleading claims.
- No attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to Thinflow.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Except in urgent cases (for example, fraud or a security risk) we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
7. Plans and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay, in Tunisian dinars, with every amount you will be charged. There are no setup or hidden fees. Plans are paid in advance for a month or a year by bank transfer, D17 or E-Dinar; your plan is activated once we confirm the payment. Plans do not renew automatically: you choose whether to pay for the next period.
If a plan is not renewed, paid features stop at the end of the paid period; your account and data stay available on the free plan.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to your catalogue, photos and data. You give us the permission needed to host and process them only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to use the photos and text you upload.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep Thinflow available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, and it depends on Meta's platforms, which we do not control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Closing your account
You can stop using Thinflow at any time and request deletion of your account from Settings or the Data Deletion page. We may close an account under section 6. On closure your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and law
We will give at least 15 days' notice of important changes to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of any protection their local law gives them. Contact: hello@thinflow.co. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
