Bank Transfer (Virement)
What is it?
Pay for Thinflow with a standard Tunisian bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the RIB shown at checkout.
How to use it
- 1.Go to the Checkout page, choose your plan and select "Bank RIB".
- 2.Send the exact amount shown, using the payment details displayed.
- 3.Click "Subscribe": WhatsApp opens with your order details. Send us the proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) there.
- 4.We check the payment and activate your plan.
Example
"A shop owner in Sfax pays the Pro plan by bank transfer, then sends the transfer receipt on WhatsApp. Once the payment is confirmed, the plan is activated."
Good to know
Plans are activated manually after we confirm the payment, usually within 24 hours. Plans never renew automatically. Keep your receipt until your plan is active.
D17 & E-Dinar
What is it?
Pay with a D17 mobile transfer or an E-Dinar (La Poste Tunisienne) transfer.
How to use it
- 1.Go to the Checkout page, choose your plan and select "D17 Transfer" or "E-Dinar".
- 2.Send the exact amount shown, using the payment details displayed.
- 3.Click "Subscribe": WhatsApp opens with your order details. Send us the proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) there.
- 4.We check the payment and activate your plan.
Example
"A clothing seller in Sousse pays with D17 and sends the confirmation screenshot on WhatsApp. Once the payment is confirmed, her Pro plan is activated."
Good to know

Teaching your AI about your products
What is it?
Thinflow learns about your products from the descriptions you add. The more detail you provide, the more accurate and helpful your AI agent becomes when answering customer questions.
How to use it
- 1.Go to the Products section in your dashboard.
- 2.Add or edit a product and fill in the description field.
- 3.Optionally, upload a product photo and use the AI description button to draft the text, then review it.
- 4.Save the product: your AI agent uses this information when customers ask about it.
Example
"A mobile accessories shop adds a detailed description for a phone case. When a customer on WhatsApp asks "does this fit iPhone 15?", the AI can answer because the compatibility is written in the product description."
Good to know
The better your product descriptions, the better your AI answers will be. Use clear sentences and include details like size, color, materials, and compatibility.
Multi-language support: Arabic, Darija & French
What is it?
Thinflow automatically detects the language your customer is writing in and replies in the same language. It understands Tunisian Darija, Modern Standard Arabic, and French including mixed-language messages.
How to use it
- 1.No setup required language detection is automatic.
- 2.When a customer writes in Darija, the AI replies in Darija.
- 3.When a customer writes in French, the AI replies in French.
- 4.Mixed messages (Darija + French) are also understood correctly.
- 5.You can set your preferred default language in the Agent Marketplace.
Example
"A customer messages in Darija: "bech t3mel delivery?" (will you do delivery?). The AI understands the question and replies in Darija with the correct delivery policy, without you doing anything."
Good to know
Language detection works on all connected platforms: WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. The AI responds naturally in each language your customers use.
Dashboard overview and navigation
What is it?
The Thinflow dashboard is your central command center. From here you manage everything: orders, conversations, products, leads, and your AI agent setup — all in one place.
How to use it
- 1.Dashboard : see your key stats: orders, revenue, and AI performance at a glance.
- 2.Conversations : view and respond to customer messages from all platforms.
- 3.Orders : manage all orders: confirm, track, and mark as delivered.
- 4.Lead scoring : see which customers are most likely to buy, ranked by AI.
- 5.Products : manage your product catalog and teach the AI about each product.
- 6.Agent Marketplace : pick a brand's agent and configure how your AI talks, what languages it uses, and your store policies.

"A merchant starts her day by opening the dashboard. She sees 5 new orders from the night, checks 3 hot leads, and confirms delivery for yesterday's orders — all in under 5 minutes."
Good to know
The dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile. You can manage everything from your phone while on the go.
